Our legal, financial, and management services are delivered according to the scope agreed in each engagement letter. Timelines are estimates based on information available at the start of the engagement and may change where third parties, government authorities, or new information affect the work.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide complete, accurate, and timely information and documentation. We rely on the information supplied and are not responsible for outcomes resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed disclosures.

3. Advisory Limitations

Advice is tailored to the specific circumstances presented and should not be applied to other situations. General content published on this website is for information only and does not constitute professional advice or create a client relationship.

4. Fees & Engagement

Fees, payment schedules, and any additional costs are set out in the applicable engagement letter. Work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately and begins only after written confirmation from the client.

General Provisions

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, methodologies and branding provided through our services remain our property or that of our licensors. They may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate an engagement by written notice as set out in the applicable service agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
